Fine-Tune access of features to specific employee. For example, limiting only accounting features to accountant, and only certificate features to Graders and Photographer. This is essential for data safety and security.
Reception and Multi-Station Setup
Your Client submits article at reception, where a receipt is generated for your client. Job Sheet is generated for internal work. The Article goes through various stages, such as photography or grading, where photographer and grader do their work. Certification is performed by multiple personnel. There are stations like printing as well. Workflow is very streamlined.
Invoicing
Create Invoices right from the CertFyr Admin Dashboard. It is quick and seamless way to create invoice. No Accounting knowledge necessary.
Diamond Special Report
A4 Size Diamond Special Report includes a Software Based Plotting, Angles Marking, etc, all at software level. No need to use pen. Also, since these are saved in software, if a client downloads PDF from Website, plotting and angles will be visible.
Custom Size Report
We also include one custom size report along with Credit Card size Report. This can be any size within A4 paper bounds. If you want more reports, that would be chargeable separately.
1 Administrator, 5 Staff Accounts
Enterprise Plan includes 1 Administrator account which can use Access Control to define controls for each Staff Account, limiting what they can access precisely.
