The Invoices add-on empowers you to create professional GST and non-GST Invoices, as well as Estimates, for your Gem Lab. The process is swift, seamless, and user-friendly. Anyone can create invoices without accounting expertise. For accounting purposes, you can share all copies of duplicate invoices with your Accountant or send them to the sales register, which can be printed for any month.
Invoice numbers are automatically generated, with an option to manually override them. CertFyr also includes a session analysis tool that identifies errors in invoice numbering, such as misordered invoices, duplicate invoices, and missing invoices, which may arise due to manual numbering. Any invoice can be edited, so we’ve provided an option to lock invoices to prevent further editing. Locked invoices cannot be unlocked but can be deleted and replaced if necessary.
The invoicing add-on is an invaluable tool for scaling your laboratory. It surpasses handwritten invoices but lacks advanced accounting capabilities.
