I’m Rahul Jain, a certified gemologist since 2021. After completing my Diploma in Gemology, I was eager to open my own gem testing lab. But when it came to managing my work, I hit a wall — the software available was either overly complicated, missing essential features, or not designed with the day-to-day realities of a gem lab in mind.

So, I took matters into my own hands. I built CertFyr — software tailored to the way gemologists actually work. After a year of using it in my own lab, a friend saw how much easier it made my workflow and asked if I could build one for his lab too. That’s when it clicked: CertFyr wasn’t just a personal solution — it was something that could change the way gem labs operate.

Today, CertFyr continues to grow with a single goal: to give gem labs software that’s simple, reliable, and built by someone who truly understands their needs.
